CORPORATE SERVICES is responsible for the central and core administrative and financial control of the Renewal Programme.
In addition it manages and controls the provision of Sebert Road facilities to a number of local community associations and charitable functions.
Corporate Services Offers:
Administrative:
- Undertakes all administrative duties required to support the Chief Executive and the Director of Corporate Services
- Responsible for the personnel function of the Renewal Programme – this includes maintaining full employee records, CRB applications, advertising vacancies etc.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining of a comprehensive record of policies and procedures for the Renewal Programme
- Provides secretarial support to the Board of Management and the Chief Executive
Accounting:
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of monthly, bimonthly, ad hoc financial reports and enquiries for the Board of Management, Project Committees, project management, funders and external bodies
- Responsible for the production of statutory accounts in liaison with professional advisors including external auditors that satisfy the legal requirements of the Renewal Programme
- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of banking and the other financial services supplied to the Renewal Programme
- Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of all staff, whether permanent or temporary, and complying with the requirements of outside bodies e.g. Inland Revenue, Pension Funds, Department of Social Security etc.
- Liaise with project staff, customers and suppliers to ensure that payments, receipts, and statements are accurately reflected within the accounts of the Renewal Programme
- Performing a number of financial services for projects e.g. project projections, assistance with submission of project bids, cash flows etc.
Provision of Facilities:
- Responsible for supervising the various bodies that utilize the Sebert Road facilities this includes the accurate booking of accommodation, control and cleanliness, invoicing and collection of rentals and fees
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Sebert Road premises in accordance with the landlord’s agreement
CRB Checking Service:
- We are a Registered Umbrella Body for carrying out CRB checks,
- Our prices are as follows:
Standard Check- £ 31.00 + £ 18.00 Administrative fee
Enhanced Chech- £ 36.00 + £ 18.00 Administrative fee
