Advocacy and Crisis Support Service:

Advice, Advocacy and Crisis Support to Legal Services Commission (LSC) Quality Mark at General Help with Casework level and Office of Immigration Service Commission (OISC) on:

  • Debt
  • Housing
  • Immigration and Nationality
  • NASS
  • Race equality
  • Emotional support/counselling for asylum seekers and refugees
  • Welfare Benefits
  • Social Work student placements

Food for a penny project and Food/Clothing store:

Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables on weekly basis and an emergency food and clothing store for asylum seeker and refugee families with no income. Referral via RAMP’s advocacy team

Young Refugee Service:

Provides recreational and therapeutic services for children including after-school, holiday activities and an Art Therapy service.

Volunteer Mentoring Scheme:

This service, with Gold Star exemplar status from Home Office, is aimed at supporting refugees and asylum seekers during their process of settlement and integration. Mentors are given accredited training to NVQ Level 3.

Mens Drop-In Centre:

One evening a week drop in offering a friendly, culturally-sensitive environment where you can exchange information, take part in activities, just relax, or develop your social and educational skills.
