Carers Empowerment through Health Service

"Better Health for Carers can develop a programme which will empower carers to become more to resilient, through professional training, workshops and courses, which will practically and holistically support and mentor other carers, within a friendly and social environment."

The above was the conclusion reached after an independent evaluation of 10 years funding by the Big Lottery of a Carers Health Support Service in 2017.  Based on this and successful application, we have been awarded funding for another 3 years, for a sustainability project to deliver a Carers empowerment through health service.
