I’m nearly 50 but I have never done running or jogging, although I do a lot of walking. Inspired by our City Bridge ladies who have shown you can learn something new later in life, I have decided to learn how to run. I’m doing the NHS Couch to 5k programme and hope to be able to run 5k by the end of the challenge. That means I will be running continuously for at least 30 minutes. I can’t run for longer than a minute, so it feels like an almighty challenge. Please give me the incentive to complete this by sponsoring me. Let’s see how I do by the end of July!
