50 Years, 50 Faces: Joseph Richards:

I am the Youth Coordinator at the Renewal Programme and have been in my role since March 2021. My passion is seeing young people enjoying themselves and giving them opportunities they may not have otherwise had.

Once upon a time, I was a semi- professional footballer, an amateur boxer and a black belt in ‘Taekwondo’.

I love travelling and my favourite saying is “success is a state of mind. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success.’
