  NEWHAM DEMENTIA SUPPORT SERVICES
Memory Cafes provide a relaxed environment where  people with dementia and their carers can meet and gain peer support, information and advice, and join in activities which will enhance well-being.
Monthly meetings are held at Canning Town Community Neighbourhood Centre and East Ham Memory Cafe.
Music for the Mind users music therapy to bring people together in a stimulating environment to enhance well being and provide peer support. Monthly sessions are held at Stratford Library and Shipman Youth Centre.
