How to Make a Complaint
Talk to Us First: Share your concern with your key worker, caseworker, or another staff member. Depending on the nature of the complaint, we’ll try to resolve it informally.
If your issue isn’t resolved, you can make a formal complaint in person, by phone, email or by using our complaint form.
