Housing Service Manager (Supported Housing)

About the role:
As Housing Service Manager, you will lead the effective delivery of high-quality support and resettlement services, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent practice across our housing provision.

In this role, you will:
- Provide confident operational leadership to a dedicated housing team
- Oversee service performance, income and compliance processes
- Ensure robust safeguarding, health & safety and governance standards
- Strengthen move-on pathways and outcome-focused practice
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, housing partners and referral agencies
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
- You will work in partnership with senior leadership, holding clear responsibility for service delivery while contributing to the ongoing development of our housing offer.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading supported housing or accommodation-based support services
- Understands safeguarding, rent performance and contract delivery
- Is confident supervising staff and driving performance
- Can balance accountability with empathy and sound judgement
- Is comfortable analysing service data and improving systems
- Shares our commitment to dignity, inclusion and empowerment
- You will bring energy, clarity and professionalism – alongside a deep understanding of the realities facing people experiencing homelessness.

Housing Team Leader (Supported Housing)

About the role:
As Housing Team Leader, you will provide hands-on operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, strengths-based support is delivered consistently and safely across our housing provision.

In this role, you will:
- Line-manage Housing Support Workers
- Coordinate day-to-day service delivery
- Act as first point of escalation for safeguarding and operational issues
- Monitor casework quality, risk management and move-on planning
- Oversee rent processes and tenancy sustainment
- Hold a small caseload of residents, including more complex cases
- Model strong, outcome-focused support practice
- You will deputise for the Housing Service Manager when required and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the service.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in supported housing or homelessness services
- Has managed complex or high-risk cases confidently
- Understands safeguarding and tenancy sustainment
- Has experience supervising or mentoring staff
- Can balance compassion with professional boundaries
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
