For general enquiries, you can contact us via the following methods:
How do I access your services?
Depending on the service you are trying to access, you can find more information about each one over on our ‘How We Can Help‘ page. If you are still unsure, please e-mail us or feel free to pop into our office Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
How can I access the food bank if I am self-isolating?
If you are self-isolating, we recommend you asking a friend or family member to visit our Food Bank on your behalf. If this isn’t possible, please contact your local Citizens Advice for further details or contact our Food Bank team.
How do I refer myself, or an individual, to your services?
As above, you can find more information on how to contact each of our projects here.
Do you need volunteers?
We are always on the hunt for committed individuals to join our Volunteering team; at present, we have just over 60 volunteers! You can see our vacancies here.
Can I donate food, or essential items, to the food bank?
In short: yes! We always need non-perishable food items and essential toiletries for our Food Bank. Whilst we’re open five days a week, it’s best to organise a time to drop your donations off with our Food Bank team.
I want to make a financial donation. How can I do this?
Firstly, thank you for thinking of us when making your donation. Without the generosity of our supporters, we would be unable to function as we do so we are always extremely grateful. You can make a one-off donation, or sign up to our regular giving scheme ‘Friends of the Renewal Programme’, here. There are also various other ways you can donate to us listed on the page.
