I have been a trustee with the Renewal programme for many years which I have enjoyed greatly and am proud of the excellent work that the charity has done over that time. My motto is inspired by the words of John Wesley, a famous Anglican Cleric who lived in the 18th Century and is credited alongside his brother, Charles Wesley, with founding the Methodist movement:

"Do all the good you can,
In all the ways you can,
To all the people you can,
For as long as you can."
