Newham Works Mock Interviews:
On 24th February, we held mock interviews as part of our Newham Works project.
We are pleased to say that the interviews went really well; each participant was asked to interview for a role that they want to do. The interview lasted for half an hour and the students benefitted from talking about their skills and experience, which was a great confidence boost.
They were then given detailed and constructive feedback about their interview, what they did well and what they can improve moving forward.
The volunteers from HSBC were fantastic, as was Farzana, from ELBA who organised it all.
