Supported Housing Successful Move-ons:
We are absolutely thrilled (and very proud) to announce that our Supported Housing project has seen five successful move-ons so far this year.
Our team play a vital part in helping service users reclaim their lives through person-centred support and they’ve worked incredibly hard supporting these five residents to prepare for living independently.
Residents usually stay with us for between 18 months and two years, however in this instance, some had stayed for nearly five years.
We have an open-door policy at the Renewal Programme so residents are able to stay in contact with us for familiarity and stability and our support is ongoing until they feel comfortable living unassisted. We are so excited to see how our five residents take too independent living.
